About Me!

Howdy! My name is Gaby Garza and I grew up dancing in San Antonio, Texas! I am represented by Avalon Artists Group NY. I have my BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University, and I stay busy by teaching dance, choreographing, and occasionally attempting to work on my golf game... key word: attempting... I also have made it my life's mission to create the best homemade queso and share it with the world! I have a passion for education, and my dream is to create an accessible pre-professional performing arts program for a community in need of arts education. I want to give back to the world something amazing it's given to me!

As a Mexican-American artist, one of my focuses is celebrating diversity in a theatre and dance setting. Whether that's in a classroom, rehearsal space, or onstage, I believe that it's important to highlight the stories of everyone and make people feel like they're appreciated! I love Texas history and the Tejano culture and proudly bring that into every room I walk into!
